Kofi Martin is the Chief Technical Officer of Codlogic Software Engineering. Between the years 1994 and 2014, he led major technology projects ranging from hardware to software design and development in energy, health, education and data/info management systems for companies and government agencies such as VRA, Ports and Harbours, Ghana Telecom, etc. Kofi Martin is the project leader for the J100CODERS WorkStudio, RoboticStudio and CodeStudio social learning platforms. In November 2012, he founded the J100CODERS Club as after-school learning programme, engaging children and the youth in the use of Information Communication Technology (ICT) productively, stimulating creativity, critical thinking, engendering inquisitive minds, encouraging exploratory learning and supporting individual initiatives, while celebrating every little success.... He is a detail-oriented technologist and a fanatic of critical thinking...
Barbara, an enthusiast of logics and complex reasoning, graduated as an Information and Communication Engineer, with focus on software planning and programming. She is currently working as Senior Applications Developer at Globecomm Maritime, writing software for data communications via satellite. The German national, who once lived and worked in Ghana and is a J100Coders online Volunteer, is responsible for programming and coding processes auditing and quality assurance. Barbara loves to see the world and hopes to tour the globe, one country at a time. She enjoys playing logical games, especially Japanese Sudoku.
Steve has lived through the age of information technology, his professional experience spanning over 30 years. Steve has seen and worked with it all, from the antique beginnings through to its most advanced interactive virtuality of today. Steve is the Managing Consultant of TL-Mantec Ltd, UK. He provides results-focused direction for the implementation of J100CODERS Club programmes. In his spare time, he likes to go walking with his whippet dog, Oscar.
A Telecommunication Engineer, a Theologian and a Customer-Centric professional with excellent listening skills. Philip is a seasoned quality process manager, spending a career life span of up to 19 years at Ghana Telecom/Vodafone, spearheading internet development and the broadband movement in Ghana. He advises the J100CODERS management committee on effective public engagements and interactions. Philip is the Research Coordinator at the Theology Dept., Regent University College. For recreation, he swims, plays chess, scrabble, draughts and table-tennis.
John is a known subject-matter expert on financial controls and governance in Ghana. He has had many years of progressively responsible work experience in areas of Financial Control, Regulatory Reporting, Credit Control, Taxation, Market Risk Monitoring, Financial Accounting, including Business Partnering, Business Analytics, Operational Risk and Corporate Strategy. He has worked with Ecobank Capital, as Group Chief Finance Officer, Barclays Bank of Ghana, United Bank of Africa (UBA), Standard Chartered Bank, Ghana, Tractor & Equipment Ghana (Now Mantrac Ghana Ltd) and Western Castings Ghana Ltd in various capacities, he spent a short time with Ernst & Young. Currently, John works for Ghana Commercial Bank as the Chief Finance Officer. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Bank. He was appointed to the Board of the Bank on March 27 2013. John loves to play Tennis and is an ardent football spectator.
Michael is passionate about using rows and columns to creating beautiful strong web based UI/UX. Over seven (7) years, Michael has gathered skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Asp.net, VB.net, C, C++, MySQL, MSQL Server, and Oracle, he has been involved in creating powerful and robust user-friendly web based applications projects. Michael works as the Data/Info Systems Officer at Codlogic SE. and volunteers as the lead facilitator for Robotics for the J100CODERS programme, engaging children in various productive activities. Michael is also a passionate football and basketball fan, plays computer games and also a CODER.
Samuel is a first class honours graduate in Information and Communication Technology (ICT), a modern technologies enthusiast and an avid reader of tech news. He has a strong passion for technology knowledge transfer and engaging children with fun and logical activities. Samuel is the lead facilitator for the J100CODERS WorkStudio and CodeStudio platforms, responsible for facilitating fun lessons and activities such as logics, problem solving and investigative reasoning, programming concepts and coding drills. He is the Systems Implementations Officer at Codlogic Software Engineering, responsible for the product ownership of Codlogic SE's state-of-the-art software-SGLog; an advanced enterprise guest management solution. Samuel is a basketball fan, he also loves to play logical games, especially word puzzles and Japanese Sudoku.
